"My practice involves the construction of installations and structures with mixed media that are then imaged using photographic processes. A fusion between the hand-made and the digital create landscapes reminiscent of science fictional worlds. The work has the potential to be utilized with a number of different contexts; either as large scale imaged-based installations, or digitally printed fashion fabrics."
Being a fellow textiles student at manchester school of art herself, i really liked the way she has displayed her work in digital processes. This is very mixed media based which I enjoy doing and would like to work with heavily manipulated photographs and projections within my work through this project. So could be great starting point to collect together some of my photographs and start to make a large wall piece and maybe even project/draw onto.
